Skinvisible's Exclusive Distributor, Dermal Defense, Sells New Sub-License for Its Patented Antimicrobial Hand Sanitizer in North America
Skinvisible, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SKVI) (Website: www.skinvisible.com ) announced today that Dermal Defense, Inc., the exclusive North American Distributor for its antimicrobial hand sanitizer, has extended it's exclusive sub-distribution agreement with JD Nelson & Associates of Columbus Ohio to market the antimicrobial hand sanitizer to include all industries within the territory including Canada, Mexico and the USA with the only exception being the military.
This new agreement now gives JD Nelson & Associates the opportunity to sell the product to the medical, industrial and retail sectors in addition to the restaurant & hospitality industry previously announced in a Press Release dated April 27, 2005. http://www.stockhouse.com/news/news.asp?newsid=2742381&tick=SKVI . Under the terms of the sub-distribution agreement, JD Nelson will sell the antimicrobial hand sanitizer under the trade name Safe4Hours(R) commencing May, 2005. Financial terms between Dermal Defense, Inc. and JD Nelson & Associates were not disclosed. Skinvisible will receive a royalty of 5% on gross product sales of the antimicrobial hand sanitizer by JD Nelson & Associates.
