Skinvisible's Exclusive Distributor for Its Patented Antimicrobial Hand Sanitizer Appoints a Sub-Distributor to Market and Distribute the Product to the Food Service Industry in North America

April 27, 2005, Las Vegas, NV – Skinvisible, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SKVI / Website: www.skinvisible.com) announced today that Dermal Defense, Inc., the exclusive North American Distributor for its antimicrobial hand sanitizer, has signed an exclusive sub-distribution agreement with JD Nelson & Associates of Columbus Ohio to market the antimicrobial hand sanitizer within the food service industry. Under the terms of the sub-distribution agreement, JD Nelson will sell the antimicrobial hand sanitizer under the trade name Safe4Hours® commencing May, 2005.

Skinvisible previously sold its proprietary rights to the trademark Safe4Hours® to Dermal Defense, Inc. and Dermal Defense, Inc. has now licensed those rights to JD Nelson & Associates. Skinvisible will receive a royalty of 5% on gross product sales of the antimicrobial hand sanitizer by JD Nelson & Associates.

JD Nelson & Associates of Columbus, Ohio specializes in marketing and distributing products to the food service industry. J. Douglas Nelson, President, and Fred A. Dobson, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, together have over 46 years of marketing experience to the food service industry.

Mr. Nelson informed Skinvisible that beginning on May 1, 2005 they expect to sell the antimicrobial hand sanitizer through brokers and agents now calling on the food industry across North America. Further information on Safe4Hours® is available at www.safe4hours.net

Independent studies indicate that Skinvisible’s antimicrobial hand sanitizer product offers significant advantages over alcohol-based sanitizers because it provides protection against bacteria and viruses on the hands for up to 4 hours per application and still adheres to the skin after hand washing or perspiration. In comparison, alcohol-based sanitizers only provide instant protection because they do not adhere to the skin after hand washing or perspiration.
